1.1 准备晶体生产设备,晶体生产设备接通电源,启动晶体生产设备,生产出来的晶体质量和直径分别为23千克/200毫米,32千克/200毫米,54千克/250毫米,65千克/300毫米,85千克/300毫米。晶体生产设备上具有计算机控制系统,系统里的专业程度可以保证晶体生产过程的自动化控制。晶体的生产过程主要是根据控制晶体的生长速度和晶体的实际重量问题,以及对受热节点上的温度特性的控制,实现控制的依据主要是每个晶体大小的控制程序以及自动化控制过程的指标(手工处理后)。监控和修正晶体的生产过程,可以直接通过仪器实现控制,也可以通过因特网以在线模式实现远程控制。
